Let me share a cautionary tale about my recent online shopping experience, hoping it saves someone else from the frustration I've endured. This company is truly terrible. I ordered glasses two weeks before my vacation, expecting them to arrive in time, but they didn't, which is an unacceptable shipping delay. Their ads bait you with 'glasses from $95,' but then you click on progressive lenses, and suddenly it's $295! What a jump! To top it off, I specifically ordered thin lenses with anti-glare, but received very thick ones where everything glares off them. The frames sit so high on my face I'm constantly looking through the wrong part, and the unpolished edges reflect light, distracting me and causing terrible headaches and a deep brain fog. I'm sending these back, but not before I speak my mind and engage with customer service about this mess.
